Initially I did not receive my order. Rebecca (Customer services) responded really quickly and was so diligent in tracking my non delivery. Her communication was always courteous and positive. I felt I was a very valued customer, and I have now received my order only because the Customer services team have been so responsive, so pro-active and really customer based.

Shipment was sent back by the german Postal service for no reasons.

Received my product without any issues despite I never received an email of confirmation. I advise you to take a screenshot the email once your payment is confirmed in case you do not receive any emails as well.

Just placed my first order with Unineed yesterday. Bought a Lancôme mascara set for my mother in law. Was a little sceptical as the price was great and saw they had some not so good recent reviews. Before ordering I live chatted and spoke to an excellent member of staff - George. I needed the item quickly and he told me if I placed the order in the next hour and chose express delivery, he would make sure I received this next day (the website says two days as the normally need a day to dispatch)! Low and behold the item has already arrived. Ignore the negative reviews! I would highly recommend.

Having ordered this item on the 7th December for part of an Xmas present. I still have not received my items. It is now the 5th January. Totally unacceptable level of service. Not recommended.
